If you and your team are interested in engaging in peer intervision sessions to continue learning and developing together, guided peer intervision is available.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It can sometimes be challenging to make peer intervision a regular part of your practice and to establish it in a safe environment. During these sessions, you engage in mutual coaching based on a concrete (work-related) situation to learn (both individually and collectively) and reflect on the content, your own emotions, viewpoints, and behavior.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The goal is for your team to be able to independently facilitate peer intervision sessions after several guided sessions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
